Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Content Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will not only excel in content creation and strategy but also possess strong leadership skills to guide and inspire our content team. As a Senior Content Marketer, you will play a critical role in shaping our brand’s voice, engaging our audience, and driving our content initiatives to new heights.

Duties And Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business goals and gaming industry trends.
2. Create content that connects with our visitors, provides value, and ranks on search engine results pages (SERPs).
3. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and design to align content with overall business objectives.
4. Cooperate with the marketing team and monitor promotional content effectiveness over time through market analysis to make iterations and improvements in content.
5. Oversee the content production process, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
6. Proofread, edit, and improve the language and message of the content before publishing them in order to align effectively -with targeted audiences.
7. Hiring/Handling translators across the globe for translation of our projects in multiple languages.
8. Implement top SEO and ASO strategies to boost organic traffic and enhance search rankings.
9. Foster community engagement through interactive and relatable content, enhancing user retention and satisfaction.
10. Present content strategies and performance reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
11. Copywriting. (Meta, Push marketing content, Ads, etc)
12. Content Marketing for Apps via multiple platforms using intriguing content.
13. Basic Unit testing of content.
14. Lead, mentor, and manage a team.
15. Learning and effectively utilizing the project management tool- JIRA

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in content marketing.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a content team.
• Expertise in SEO, ASO, content management systems (CMS), and analytics tools.
• Understanding of web publishing requirements.
• Ability to predict audience preferences with an editorial mindset.
• Expertise in social media platforms.
• Project management skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
