Job Summary: As an AEM Sites Architect you will be responsible for designing implementing and optimizing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions tailored for our life sciences projects. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure our digital platforms meet industry standards and regulatory requirements while providing an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural Design: Design and implement scalable and efficient AEM architectures that align with business objectives in the life sciences domain.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers developers and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver AEM solutions that meet compliance and regulatory standards.
• Best Practices: Establish and enforce best practices for AEM development including component design content modelling and SEO strategies.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of AEM sites ensuring high availability and responsiveness.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Integration: Integrate AEM with other enterprise systems (e.g. CRM marketing automation and analytics tools) to enhance functionality and data flow.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams design specifications and deployment procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
• 10 years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) including AEM Sites Assets and Forms.
• Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) and frameworks.
• Experience in the life sciences domain with knowledge of industry regulations (e.g.
• FDA HIPAA) preferred
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
