Support B2B BUs in marketing communication.
Assist in initiative for marketing synergies across B2B BUs
Monitor SEM performance for B2B BUs.
Support G&B teams through the capability building program
Contribute to BSI initiatives
The incumbent will be responsible for:
Support B2B BUs in marketing communication
Work closely with L+1 on marketing campaigns to ensure consistent G&B corporate narrative across B2B businesses.
Track day-to-day timeline of activities.
Follow-up with agencies and BUs for timely completion of tasks.
Collect performance feedback
Carrying out necessary analysis of outcomes
Collating and compiling data for presentations
Assist in initiative for marketing synergies across B2B BUs
Closely work with L+1 for BU events, webinars, conferences, magazines etc.
Coordinate with agencies and BUs for necessary data, references etc.
Ensuring smooth and timely execution of activities
Collect performance feedback
Carrying out necessary analysis of post event outcomes
Collating and compiling data for presentations
New vendor registration. Checking vendor bills & coordination with finance team
Monitor SEM performance for B2B BUs.
Coordinate with agencies and BUs for necessary data
Track BU Search Engine Marketing (SEM), display advertising, paid social media advertising campaigns as per the set parameters.
Attend periodic campaign review meetings with agency & BU.
Perform basic analytics to bring out campaign insights and generate reports
Ensuring smooth and timely execution of activities and maintain minimum response time tracker.
Collect performance feedback
Carrying out necessary analysis of campaign outcomes
Collating and compiling for presentations
New vendor registration. Checking vendor bills & coordination with finance team
Support G&B teams through the capability building program
Coordinate with agencies and BU participants for resolving tech issues, program queries etc.
Monitoring program calendar, session coordination, regular session feedbacks, participant attendance
Ensuring smooth and timely execution of activities & assessments
Generate performance and attendance review reports.
Collating and compiling data for presentations
New vendor registration. Checking vendor bills & coordination with finance team
Contribute to BSI initiatives
Actively participate in key initiatives by BSI for deliverables
Coordinate amongst BSI team members as required.
Essential
Graduate in any discipline with Post Graduate qualification in marketing.
Knowledge in Digital marketing is required.
3 – 4 years of relevant experience in marketing.

Proficiency in English language, written & spoken
Experience in working cross-functionally within organization
Project management skills
Presentation skill and good attention to detail
Superior interpersonal, communication, writing, proof-reading & editing skills
Analytical skills and hands-on with Microsoft 365, especially excel
Disciplined in ensuring end-to-end timely delivery for all campaigns.
