Full Job Description
· Greats customer, schedule service appointment and receive vehicles
· Listen, record customers request for the service desired and clearly explains information’s on the repair order
· Offer customer to test drive to confirm source of repairs
· Handle the customer complaints and maintain high level of customer satisfaction
· Prepare proper estimation and confirm approval from customer
· Prompt Updating on repair status of the vehicle
· Explanation of the job done along with invoice
· Maintain Vehicle track record on daily basis
· Follow 3S, safety and health norms every day
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹28,000.00 per month
