I am a visionary professional offering 12+ years of proven excellence in spearheading projects encompassing strengthen rural livelihood and food security in the tribal and economically constrained community. I am at present showcasing my ability as Programme Officer, Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh with Aga Khan Foundation. I led a turnaround in managing on-farm, off-farm and non-farm projects for nutritional security and additional income of landless, small, and marginal farmers by creating a business model and deftly conducting promotion of community-based entities including farmer producer companies, co-operatives, social entrepreneurs, and self-help groups. Besides, exemplary achievement in conducting Promotion and nurturing of SHG and federation through various types of training entailing membership training, accounting training, awareness on gender and gender strengthening, and mobilizing credit linkage with the bank. Stellar role in bringing 400 acres of land under irrigation by setting up a solar-based community irrigation system and reducing carbon footprint in irrigation.
Moreover, I delivered a notable contribution in publishing 7 videos & 5 types of training material for agricultural extension workers to orient farmers around the cropping principle. I am competent to identify, manage and track projects and to ensure effective and timely implementation of programs aligned with sanctioned objectives assuring budget adheres to & documentation for payments, utilisation, and settlement of sanctioned projects. My intellectual curiosity has driven me to pursue M Sc. (Agri.) Biotechnology from College of Biotechnology B.A.U. I love carrying out my task fruitfully which gives me positivity to move forward and attain higher pedestals. I am currently seeking a new opportunity.
