I have recently completed my masters in wine, beer and alcohol technology which has help me create a firm base in order to pursue my future career in the field of Enology.
Previously I have worked in some of the renowned organization has prepared me for this position. My work at Domaine Sula at Banglore, helped to test my theoretical knowledge I had gained during my master and to imply it practically in order to get the desire output.
I have obtained skills of laboratory analysis, monitoring wine quality and cellar operations during my training period. I am sure this experience will aid me greatly and allow me to fit in well with your requirement. You will find that I have an excellent work ethic, and I am exceptionally hard working and willing to learn.
