We are looking for SALES & SERVICE ENGINEER for the New Lead generation and Sales activity &
Service for the Industrial Packaging machines, Tools. to our valuable customers.

Sales Manager and Director
Roles & Responsibilities
SERVICE-
· Mainly responsible for Service Claim Handling and New Lead searching and Sales development .
· To coordinate with Admin Dept and Sales Team and Coordinate all Service complaints / technical demo/Rearing of the machines/ New Machines demo -presentations & put all data in CRM
· Mainly responsible for onsite complaint attendance and resolve the tools and equipment problems on site with all customer satisfaction.
· AMC visits planning and attending the same.
· Daily coordinate with field service engineer regarding to Sales & service activities.
· Attending field complaints & phone calls from OEM and all other customers and get it resolved onetime.
· Maintain databases, contact lists, shared network drives and on-site inventory of marketing materials.
· Repairing of the Tools and Machines (Packaging machines) in time.
· Attend the customer –On Site and solve the problems
·
· Giving the Tool / Machine operation training to end customer / operators.
· Provide Dos and Don’ts to customer. Training To Operators
· Understand customer—his exact problem analysis, understand and give solution.
· Note the exact problem in the CRM along with the photos.
· Making AMC visits and Service visits as per customer schedule / call given by admin department.
· Installation and Trial of New machines giving to End customer.
· Make and maintain all Spares Part Diagram and inventory update in file monthly
· Make Service / Repairing Training –Manuals and sheets for Training to end customer
· Submitting the end customer feedback and details through CRM
· Demonstrate products and educating potential customers about the functions of the product and options available for customer application.
· Fully and precisely understanding customer’s needs and requirements
· Providing advice and knowledge about the advantages of particular services, equipment or products
· Being familiar with competitors’ activities and products and input the same in CRM
· Maintain data and all reports in CRM Software only
· Travelling to and attending customer as per customer convenience
· Make sure customer satisfaction without complaints
SALES-
· Generating the Sales
· New lead search and cold calling and Visit to the Company and Getting Services and Spares sales
· Visit and make meeting to prospectus companies and give presentation
· Call and assign/ make joint meeting to the major Sales Lead to Sr. Sales Executive
· Give Demo of the Tools and explain all Features and Benefits
· Visiting the end customer and take all primary information data and send to Backoffice through CRM
· To coordinate day to day Sales & Service activiti
SKILLS
· Communication skills Ability to develop a good rapport with customers
· Understanding the problem / Diagnose and right solution giving ability
· Explain the fault and corrective actions to take on phone call.
· Fault finding and diagnose Skill and fault solving skill in one visit.
· Quick Responsive & Work in time as per customer urgency
· Self-Motivated with Result – driven Approach
· Documentation and Report making skill

Qualification Required
· Diploma/BSC/Technical
Other Requirement
· Must have two – wheeler license and two wheeler as it is field Job and outdoor job
· Dual sim Mobile( 01 sim card will be allotted to you from company in your mobile)
· 01 Year Job Agreement with us.
