1. Primary Responsibility
Job Description:
The Parts & Accessories Assistant acts as a key contributor to the Parts business by supporting the Parts Manager in ensuring availability of required parts and accessories. The Parts Assistant also contributes to effective management of the parts inventory so as to minimize stock outs and helps the workshop to maintain the highest level of service standards in conformance to Royal Enfield India.
a) Stock maintenance & forecasting
1. Create and track status of parts order (Emergency Parts request) whether in transit or in stock
2. Receive parts and accessories from transporters
3. Inspect and report for damages and shortages in stock received
4. Maintenance of physical inventory at the dealership stockyard
5. Security of the stock and safe and damage free movement of vehicles
6. Record keeping of all physical movement of inventory to and from the stock yard or inter warehouse transfer
b) Others
1. Maintain & monitor parts room upkeep
2. Send stock billing request to parts manager for indenting with Royal Enfield India & other vendors
2. Recruitment profile:
1. Educational Qualifications: 12th Pass or 10th ITI
2. Industry: Auto [2 wheeler preferred], Logistics
3. Minimum experience: 1 year[preferably in the spare parts department of an auto dealership or logistics department of a company]
4. Profile: technical experience especially for automobiles Spare Department Handlling [2 wheelers], adherence to processes and norms
5. Competencies:
i. Technical knowledge with Computer proficiency
ii. Multi-Tasking
iii. Time Management
iv. Operational Excellence
6. Salary Range: For Experience Holder Gross: -12500/-(PF,ESIC & PT is applicable In Deduction Heads)

Pay: ₹11,000.00 – ₹12,000.00 per month
