· Monitored compliance to policies, standards and procedures.

· To lead plant safety system according with Factory Act , state factory rule , PCB, PESO, company EHS system / policies and other legal requirements

· Strong exposure in managing & leading EHS systems & culture in many companies.

· Success in developing project safety plans, emergency preparedness plans, conducting field safety survey, site safety surveillance & external/internal auditing.

· Skilled in conducting risk assessment & environmental audit, ensuring statutory requirement compliance & organizing motivational / safety promotional activities

With master degree in EHS and environment engineering and bachelor degree in Electrical & electronics engineering, I have a comprehensive understanding of the technical and legal requirements. I also have experience in learning and applying new technologies as appropriate.
