Citigroup Hiring for Project Delivery – Implementation Analyst at Mumbai, India Full Time

The Global Process & Stakeholder Management (GPSM) function within Finance Risk Shared Services (FRSS) is responsible for partnering with the Global Process Owners in Finance to transform the end-to-end Global Operating Model for all Financial Reporting processes, platforms and results, additionally including participating in and leading programs and workstreams in support of various regulatory requirement related initiatives that come up.

This role will be responsible in the delivery of critical transformation initiatives related to system enhancements, development and integration within key Finance and Risk systems of Citi. The analyst will work closely with teams across Finance, Risk, Technology and FRSS.

Responsibilities include:

Participate and support the definition phase of the project including:

• Sourcing contract data from source systems ensuring thorough Inbound/ Outbound Analysis

• Participate in feed definition and related activities

• Perform reconciliation, ensuring contract details are sourced from Product Processor

• Supporting business in discovery

• Review discovery documentation provided by country/business line

• Review Fit/Gap analysis

Participate in and support the design phase of the project including:

• Review of Business Requirement Documents (BRD)

• Review of Functional Requirements Documents (FRD)

• Creation of Operations schedule and flow for country

• Support report design

• Validate mapping logic

Participate and support configuration and development phase of the project including:

• All country specific configurations

• Assist technology with conversion efforts

• Perform reconciliations of converted data

Participate and support the UAT phase of the project including:

• Assist in the creation of the UAT test plan

• Execution of FRSS test scripts

• Support business with UAT testing

• Assist with stress/performance/volume testing

• Reconcile and validate financial and indicative data between test and production environments.

Participate and support the Go Live phase of the project including:

• Assistance with user training

• Confirm production configurations

• Assist with and confirm conversion

• Assist in the completion and preparation of go live checklist

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience

• 7+ years related work experience

• 3+ years in a systems support environment

• Strong Excel skills required; PowerBi, KNIME

• Experience with enterprise applications

• Must be able to coordinate and deal with conflicting time demands

• Ability to support non-standard business hours including weekends and holidays as determined by Finance

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, problem solving and analytical capability
