LinkedIn is looking for a manager to lead the APAC HR Operations (Shared) Services Team in providing multiple services within the Hire to Retire lifecycle. In this role you will lead a team that supports all HR initiatives for the APAC LinkedIn employee base. You will enable transactional efficiencies, automation, and intelligence through process improvement as well as utilize analytics to optimize service levels. You will also assist with the overall team Transformation strategy in collaboration with HR Operations Leadership Team.
Responsibilities
Manage Multi-Geo HR Service Delivery in a shared services environment ensuring high quality work within deadlines. Effectively meet and/or exceed service benchmarks and seamless process execution to maintain customer satisfaction.
Hire, onboard, lead and manage a team responsible for providing support to employees and managers across the organization. Areas of focus Service management in Hire and Onboarding, Benefits & Perks, Offboarding streams
Track team metrics, identify trends, and utilize data to understand trends of the business and drive process improvements
Drive Knowledge program in partnership with Knowledge manager and HR Operations leadership team
Represent HR Ops Management team on cross-functional regional & global projects; leverages team members support wherever required
Manage complex expectations from global stakeholders cross HR Services streams and ensure strong collaboration in driving initiatives / programs
Ongoing capacity assessment to Reprioritize/deprioritize work and deliverables to accommodate urgent demands for capacity.
Assess, develop, and implement ways of increasing efficiency across HR processes in partnership with the Process Excellence team
Expertise in the centralization of services with an understanding of transition framework
Basic Qualifications
12+ years of HR shared services or similar business experience
7+ years of people management experience
Preferred Qualifications
Expertise in managing HR services (hire to retire) in a shared services environment
Deep understanding of transition & centralization of services to the identified location
Exposure to managing end to end centralization projects & adoption of transition methodology
Experience with the following tools & systems: Workday, ServiceNow, and the Microsoft business suite including SharePoint
Experience as escalations lead experience in a customer service environment
Experience with data management, LEAN Process improvement methodology, and project management
Ability to drive programs independently and build relationships at all levels of the organization and management
Devising solutions using creative and diverse ways to approach a problem or answer a question
A demonstrated ability to build strong stakeholder relationships that enable strong partnerships with all levels and functions of the organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer orientation
Experience managing change with business users and customers through the implementation of new technology solutions
Experience with knowledge management principles and systems
Experience in successfully interacting with cross-functional teams and multi-region teams
