Exp: 6 months 1year ( in Non-IT or Semi -IT recruitment experience)

Responsibilities:
Doing hardcore sourcing and recruitment mainly for ITES / BPO Clients
Hiring for all Junior, Middle, and Senior level positions.
Doing interview lineups and proper follow-ups with the candidates.
Sourcing candidates as per JD’s provided by the clients.
Is well seasoned with bulk-hiring
