Job Description:
Complete customer pitches, company overviews and product demonstrations
Gather and understand customer requirements, priorities, budgets and existing landscape
Experience using an established enterprise software sales process/forecasting methodology
Accustomed to exceeding revenue targets (top 10-20% of company performers)
Identify and build relationships with key decision makers in prospect organizations
Develop an understanding of business issues and opportunities in order to create a high value proposal focused on delivering their desired outcomes
Own your pipeline to ensure long term, consistent performance in quarterly/annual quota achievement
Build a comprehensive territory plan that outlines strategy to secure new prospects
Build a detailed account plan for each of the top 10 accounts

Educational Qualification & Work Experience:
Sales DNA – hunting mentality, tenacity
An understanding of SaaS
Experience selling to Government business users &/or IT
Having a sense of urgency to get things done
Successful track-record in Public Sector or Enterprise Software
Sales, ideally with emphasis on platform (PaaS) sales and/or BPM
Case Management or Enterprise Applications
You are a strategic thinker, capable of leading sales efforts across all functional areas of the enterprise
Ability to establish and maintain executive relationships with customer key decision makers and thought leaders
Willingness to do whatever it takes to win in the market against stiff competition
Ability to communicate complex issues in simple terms via written and oral media
