What will you do?

In the role of ServiceNow DevOps Consultant, you’ll be solving customer challenges by building new ServiceNow solutions. You’ll be able to expand your technical skills and combine your passion for technology with excellent communication and collaboration. As such, we expect you to deliver top-class customer service and IT solutions. Furthermore, as ServiceNow DevOps Consultant you’ll need to feel comfortable working with various individuals and groups. You are interested in learning about and working with solid code with great design, using front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS and responsive or adaptive design. You can interpret calls and requirements and you want to take ownership of key tasks. You come up with clever, reusable solutions for new problems and drive continuous improvement. You like working in a fast-paced environment and are a natural multi-tasker. Main responsibilities:

• Configure the ServiceNow Platform
• Maintain excellent customer relationships
• Collaborate with various individuals and teams to design, prototype and implement apps on the Now platform
• Generate ideas for improvement based on incoming calls and customer experiences
• Work with other developers to improve design, development and testing methods
• Participate in projects

We ask

• A completed Bachelor / Master’s in Computer Science or a related field
• 2 to 3 years’ work experience with technologies like Java, JavaScript, Python and AngularJS (incl. design patterns and coding best practices)
• ServiceNow experience is a plus
• Knowledge of the latest front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS and responsive or adaptive design is a plus
• Fluent in English
• Good communication skills and passionate about maintaining good customer relations
• Result-oriented, team player and able to work independently
• Creative and analytic approach to solving problems, with an eye for detail
• Flexibility to work across different geographies and time zones
• Eager to learn new technical and soft skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Able to work in a multi-cultural environment and in remote teams
