Job Responsibility:

• Timely account all type of purchase invoices in ERP system, includes taking GST credit.
• Timely account all contractors bills and service-related bills

• Timely account all service-related bills

• Freight outward analysis and report to management

• Inward Freight booking

• Monthly Expense Provision

• Monthly adjustment entries for regular GL if any.

• Monthly factory expense review and report

• Scrap sale invoicing

• Actual freight accounting consolidation for freight outward

• Support all audits viz. statutory audit, Group audit & Internal audit, GST audit

• Monthly Perpetual Stock count report Consolidation

• Knowledge of DAX ERP System

• Vendor account reconciliation

• Internal control reports and reconciliation.

• Import purchase invoice accounting and preparation of import purchase register.

• Monthly Perpetual Stock count report Consolidation

• Knowledge of DAX ERP System
