What you will do:
As noted above, this list is intended to reflect the current job, but additional functions may not be referenced.Management will modify the job or require other tasks to be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate, observing any legal obligations, including any collective bargaining obligations.

• Maintenance and Support: Perform regular maintenance and updates to IT systems, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and support end-users.
• Troubleshooting: Resolve complex technical issues escalated from Level 1 and Level 2 support teams, providing expert-level troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Security Management: Implement and manage security measures to protect IT infrastructure from cyber threats and ensure compliance with security policies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other IT professionals, including network engineers, system administrators, and security specialists, to ensure seamless integration and operation of IT systems.
• Asset Management: Maintain and update CMDB records in line with current standards. Repair/RMA of hardware as required. Understand and Support all Asset and Systems related policies and procedures.

All you will need for success:
Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
• 4+ years of experience with demonstrable hands-on IT work experience supporting and resolving diverse PC desktop software, Network and hardware issues
• Must be willing to work varying shifts (Day, Night, Slit, or weekends)

Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
• Airline Industry experience

Skills, Licenses & Certifications:
All candidates will need the following:

• Familiarity with workflow and ITSM tools and ticketing systems
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interface at all levels of the organization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and perform in a collaborative, team-based environment

• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and written with all organizational levels
• Physical ability necessary to perform the positions essential functions safely and successfully, with or without any legally required reasonable accommodations that do not pose an undue hardship.Must be able to lift 35lbs.
