We are leading company working on majorly government projects like GSRTC, AMTS & BRTS.

With 20+ years’ experience we achieved 300+ fleet operation & maintenance government project.

As we are expanding day by day we want to add more talented and dynamic individuals who can join us.

We are looking for Workshop Shift Co-ordinator who can lead our Shifts of Maintenance.

Responsibilities: –

• Must have an excellent knowledge of Automobile Engineering(Heavy vehicles would be a preference), workshop management, breakdown solutions, Team management, spare parts knowledge, Tools handling.
• Strong vision to identify breakdown/ issues to control penalties from government body.
• Manage and coordinate the technical manpower under him & to set the entire shift plan.
• Ensuring proper adherence & implementation of service process & SOPs set by the management and further monitoring the downline team.
• Preparing proper service planning(schedule services, general checkups,tyre check etc) and proper execution of them with proper documentation & follow up with the downline team.
• Ensure proper possible arrest of every problems before vehicle trip & to get those resolve.
• further co-ordinate with the EDP executive for proper maintaining of reports & MIS.

Required Skills:

• Leadership Quality
• Manpower Handling
• Proven Technical Skills
• Worked as a Service advisor in any of the heavy commercial workshop.
• Proficient computer knowledge.
• Good in analysis of data & making MIS reports.

Required Experience: 04 to 08 Years

Salary : Best as per industry standard.
