• Achieving budgeted volumes and market shares in Electric Two-Wheeler Segment in the Region.
• Managing inquiries and updating the sales on Dealer Management System.
• Maintaining the Profit per Vehicle Ratio while closing the deal.
• Achieve the forecasted annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
• Keeping abreast of competitor activities in the region and take necessary counter actions.
• Providing an extra focus on the launch of new products and ensuring the success of these products in the region.
• Maximize sales revenue and exceed targets.
• Distribute and ensure achievement of the overall sales of the respective based location
• Have a strong customer interaction and closing the deal from the front end.
• Influencing the co-dealer to purchase different models of vehicles on the basis of geographical potential and on historical trends.
• Provide proper guidance and support the customers by handling them and solving all of their queries.
• The candidate must make sure to attend all the training scheduled by OEM
• Coordinate with Finance Manager to ensure quick sanction of loans at attractive rates from various financers whenever required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail sales and minimum 1 year experience in the Electric Two-Wheeler Industry.
• Graduation is must
