Experience: 2 – 4 years

We are looking for a passionate video editor who has experience creating video content for conversion-focused marketing.

Roles Responsibilities:
Create and edit videos using written content briefs or footage shared by team members.

Ensure all videos adhere to ConsultBAE’s brand colors, fonts, and style.

Research and suggest new short-form and long-form video styles to be used across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter for both organic posts and paid ad formats.

Ensure video content is created and delivered in line with daily posting deadlines.

Creating engaging video content that helps achieve marketing goals.

Create innovative templates & formats that help scale in-house video production.

Requirements:
Proven skills in the areas of video editing, cinematography, and animation with 2+ years of experience.

Detail-oriented with a good eye for final output.

Experience in VIdeography and Cinematography.

Experience in Graphic Designing.

Experience in creating content/storytelling.

Someone who is used to creating quality content at scale.

Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.

Candidates with experience working in agencies and start-ups will be preferred.
