Job Description

• Strong knowledge in operations of General ledger in related to accounting of journal’s, bank, balance sheet & P&L GL’s & asset, also GL hygiene to be taken care.
• Working closely with Bank reconciliation statement (BRS), payment profile for domestic & foreign & Treasury operations like cash flow & forecasting etc.
• Executing Month & year end closing schedule’s, Provision & Accrued liabilities
• into the books, Foreign currency revaluation, period open & close management, clearing the suspense accounts.
• Handling Audit’s, preparing financial statements (BS, PL @ Adhoc reports) & reporting to management & knowledge in the controls like detective & risk-based controls.
• Strong skill set in Asset management (creation, change & disposal) depreciation, capitalization, physical verification & labeling & audit.
• Journal entries posting & clearing the suspense accounts.
• Preparing BRS & executing all payment run’s as per the region wise.
• Monthly and annual provision computation and posting into SAP, period open/close management & foreign currency valuation between SAP entries.
• Analysis of under / over absorption of financials, preparing the financials & reporting to the management.
• Recording the asset ledger in related to creation, change, & disposal postings and performing the deprecation & capitalization of the asset as per the company standards.
• Responsible for all Internal and statutory audit support & coordinator with dept’s.
• Responsible for GL Hygiene, Detective & risk-based controls with respective to OBR area & Other related finance activities

Qualifications

CA or ICWA -inter & MBA- Completed.

4 To 6 years relevant Industry experience

Advanced computer skills for MS office, especially Excel and Power Point & SAP knowledge is added advantage

IT, Shared Service & Automotive industry’s experience

Good communication and Analytical skill

Proactive and energetic

Approach to working with cross functional teams

Team player with the willingness to work in a flexible and challenging environment
