Job responsibilities
1.Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
2.Delegate tasks and set deadlines
3.Oversee day-to-day operation
4.Motivate team members
5.Discover training needs and provide coaching
6.Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
7.Train new employees on company standards and procedures, from how to handle a negative customer experience to how to properly interact with clients
Qualification
1.Bachelor’s degree in management or other relevant industry field is preferred
2.Strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer service
3.Extensive knowledge of management strategies and practical application in the workplace
4.Proven work experience as a team leader
5.Organizational and time-management skills
