• Undergo training related to maintenance practices & procedures
• Observe the abnormalities in assets, if any, and communicate to immediate Supervisor and Executive for necessary corrective actions
• Perform all the types of maintenance of static equipment, operational requirement, piping system, chemical transferring system as per SOP with all safety measures and Work quality standard
• Suggest corrective ideas and modification to improve reliability of equipments / system
• Get duly approved work permit with zero tolerance on safety and quality of repair and maintenance & as per priority communicated
• Communicate abnormalities and any deviation in the quality of work during maintenance of the rotating equipment to the Supervisor and Executive (Maintenance) for necessary corrections
• Ensure that all types of jobs including maintenance activities are carried out as per Maintenance Procedures of Equipment Standard and SMP with Zero Tolerance on Quality of Work
