Reporting to Mechanical Engineer Direct Reportees –

Purpose Statement

Responsible to supervise maintenance and repair activities of operating equipment for smooth and efficient functions of plants to be executed through contract workers and labors

Key Role & Responsibilities

• Implement maintenance & operations procedure and inspection checklist during activities execution with compliance of all statutory requirement
• Execute all jobs with safety through proper practices as per the work permit system, JSA , toolbox talk.
• Execute Cost-effective jobs as per standard maintenance practices, maintenance as per Equipment Standards & engineering standard guidelines
• Ensure all activities as and when communicated for Operational issues and Product material handling are to be carried out with Safe practices
• Account for Rectification as per any defects arises during day to day job execution due to Poor maintenance, Poor workmanship, Human error, not followed SOPs / guidelines or procedures, due to untrained person to have defect free Quality Work.
• Ensure for housekeeping standards & Responsible to execute identified contractor jobs / finding in GPC and communicated by operations team
