- Prepare and update the P&IDs (Piping and instrumentation diagrams) & PFDs (Process flow diagrams) for all the plant processes
- Prepare & modify the SOPs (Standard operating procedures) & changes thereof as per requirements
- Initiate MOC (Management of change), What IF, PSSR (Pre-startup safety reviews), HIRA (Hazard identification and risk assessment) as per process requirement in the plant
- Prepare & maintain the documentation for various HAZOP (Hazard operability) studies and follow-up for the implementation of recommendations
- Conduct RCAs (root cause analysis) for incidents if any, and to work on the implementation of the findings with team
- Contribute towards new projects as per the process requirement w.r.t. planning, detailing & execution
- Ensure the adherence of all the process safety parameters
