Role Accounts Manager
Role Definition
We are looking for an Qualified Accounts Manager who can provide administartive support to Accounts dept. by managing accounting tasks like Reporting, Ledger Maintenance and account reconciliation.
Qualification
Commerce Graduate
Experience upto 5 years of experience in similar job position
Requirements
Working knowledge in Tally
Working knowledge of PR / PO / WO
Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately
Analytical thinker and problem solver
Competent IT skills, particularly proficiency with MS Excel
High level of accuracy.
Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information
Administrative skills.
Preferences
MBA – Finance
Should be staying within 40 to 45 minutes distance from South Extn, New Delhi
Responsibilities
Preparation and Management of Purchase Orders / Work Orders
Bills preparation according to PO and allotment of PO numbers
Follow-up with Clients/Sub Consultants/Vendors
Books of Accounts – Management and reconciliation
Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct
Filing – GST/ITR/TDS
Invoice processing and filing
Data consolidation and management
Performance Measurement Metrics
Accuracy in PO/Invoice
Processing time of Invoices and POs
Data management and Accuracy
Salary Package
up to 3.6 LPA (CTC)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year
