AB InBev India is looking to hire a Trade Marketing Manager for its Non-Alcoholic Beverages function based out of Bengaluru.

Primary Purpose of the role

Develop regional marketing plans, in alignment with brand guidelines & national channel programs of the key strategic brands and measure the performance volume & brand health. Implement and evaluate both trade and consumer promotions for the priority channels on time and within budget in order to maximize the return on investment

Key Tasks & Accountabilities

• Develop and implement off-premise trade solutions with retailers to gain market share and track sales executions and results
• Collaborate with the sales team in developing key trade customers through formulating and implementing account strategies and plans to maximize volume and share performance.
• Identify the right POC & execute the brand assets and measure the growth
• Interacting with internal & external stakeholders to ensure execution as per the defined guidelines

Required Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

Education & Experience

• Graduation (any degree) with 3-7 years of experience
• Ideal – Post Graduation or Diploma/Degree in Communication/Public Relations/Hotel Management or MBA in Sales/Marketing with 2-5 years of experience

Skills & Knowledge

Strong verbal or written communication skills.

Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

Focused, detailed and disciplined approach to tasks.

FMCG experience Preferred.
