Job Description

Accounts Executive – : (Key Responsibility)1.Initiating and managing Banking transactions – All Payments and Receipts2.Maintaining cash flow statement on daily basis3.Liaison with Bank Officials regarding various transactions and compliances4.Communication with Bank for Inward/ Outward Remittance settlement and furnishing all the documents required during the process5.Preparation of shipment wise Export MIS giving status of profitability per shipment6.Settlement of Bill of entries for every Imports and maintaining all the documents in proper manner7.Settlement of Shipping Bills for Shipment & Controls on BRC8.Ensure proper accounting of Export Invoices as per SOPs and accounting principles9.Scrutiny of Purchase Documents in Line with SOP10.Analysis of Sundry Debtors & Creditors ageing report on a monthly basis and reconciliation of vendor accounts11.Working and Ensuring of Crystallization of TDS GST Liability on Monthly Basis in books of Accounts12.Assisting in TDS Quarter filling & GST FilingJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: INR400,000.00 – INR500,000.00 per yearBenefits:
