Process Analyst

You will be working as Process Analyst will be reporting to Continuous Improvement Manager and will be a part of GBS located in Bangalore, India. In this role you are responsible to provide financial expertise to the organization by compiling and analyzing metrics, identifying trends and problems, communicating information to relevant groups, and recommending actions to improve financial performance for specific factory or manufacturing site.

Your responsibilities

• Work in an agile environment to record and analyze business requirements.
• Ensure requirements are actionable, measurable, testable, traceable and satisfy the needs of both business and IT stakeholders.
• Detail understating of finance processes (AP, AR, RR etc.) is must.
• Expertise in creation and documentation of test procedures and scenarios prior to launching User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Strong functional background and drive process diagnostic to identify process improvement opportunity using digital technologies independently.
• Create process design document (PDD) or requirement document, exception management, facilitate PDD/requirement document sign-off.

Your background

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
• Minimum 2-9 year’s of experience in PDD and requirement gathering.
• Experience in RPA process design and automation best practices.
• Should have knowledge of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN).
