This is a Research and Development (R&D) Senior Engineer role, reporting to the R&D Team Manager in Process Automation Business Area which is located in Bangalore, India.
Your responsibilities
Being able to understand new features / use cases and implement them.
Being able to understand existing code and problem-solving skills.
Analyzing and gathering requirements and proposing appropriate technical solutions.
Working with Development Manager, System Architect and Product Owner to define scope, features and estimates for new projects.
Providing technical guidance to team members.

Your background
Bachelors or masters degree in software engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience.
Experience in application design and development, experience in multiple Object-oriented programing languages (C , C#, .Net Core, Java). At least C# preferred.
Experience in working with SQL & NoSql databases such as Mongo and CosmosDB, experience in building Restful APIs / Micro Services.
Good understanding of Microsoft Azure and similar cloud providers and good knowledge of design patterns and Solid design principles.
Good knowledge of containerization using K8s / K3s / Docker and knowledge on communication protocols like MQTT, AMQP, HTTP are good to haves.
