You will be working as R&D Engineer – Reliability Specialist and will be part of Process Automation Business Area for Process Automation Digital Division based in Bangalore; India. In this role you will be reporting to the Head of Solution & Value Engineering responsible to Supports strategic technology direction by identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative technology, software and/or solutions by contributing with own ideas.
Your responsibilities
Conceptualize designs for value engineering scenarios to incorporate in digital transformation solutions in the Asset performance management, Reliability, RCM, CBM, Predictive maintenance etc.
Work closely with Customers and Business Units to architect and develop customer centric solutions tailored to their requirements.
Agile development of digital solution ‘Proof of Concepts’ to effectively articulate the Customer Value Proposition.
Provide industry specific domain insights for rich proposal responses by articulating customer value proposition.
Proven ability to lead a small team capable of articulating industry specific digital solutions.
Lead Industry Domain Consulting engagements .
Create Functional Specifications for innovative Digital Solution.
Develop Base models together with their initial validation.
Agile development of customer centric prototypes / ‘Proof of Concepts’ for focused digital solutions.
Your background
M. Tech / B. Tech Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation or any equivalent
5-10 years of overall work experience in Reliability domain with significant portion in the Refinery / Petrochemical/Chemical/Process/Manufacturing Domain
Certified Reliability Expert(CRE), Automobile & Manufacturing industry.
Primary experience in Reliability domain in Hydrocarbon/process/manufacturing industry.
Should be CRE certified Reliability Engineer and experience in Reliability statistics such as Weibull distribution, RBD, Fault tree analysis, Asma growth curve, Monte-carlo simulation, Parametric and non-parametric analysis.
Experience in software applications like Maximo, Meridium, MS Office is considered an added advantage.
Understanding of Industrial Analytics and Enterprise Digital transformation solutions.
Strong understanding of Industry standards such as API, ISO.
