You will be working as Retail Sales, Sales Manager – Product for Electrification business area, Smart Buildings division based in Hyderabad, India. You will be responsible for leading the process in maintaining and preserving efficiency of all equipment, production lines or facilities
Your responsibilities
Establishing primary and secondary retail distributor network. Meeting distributors, dealers and retailers on a regular basis
Effectively managing distributors and motivating them to grow. Effectively managing receivables
Achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target product wise. Managing primary, secondary and tertiary sales in allotted area
Planning and executing product promotion schemes for distributors
Planning and conducting required promotion activities on regular basis (retailer meets, product seminars, ETP’s, road shows, exhibitions)
Coordinating with team leader and all stake holders. Generating reports daily and monthly
Your background
Bachelor’s degree in any stream, MBA preferred
Minimum 12 years of experience in retail sales
Experience in product launches and handling the team
Knowledge of Distributor Management
Capable to conduct promotional marketing activities
Good written and oral communication skills
