This role will help set up, activate and drive adoption of the new EPD India channel platform. It needs to leverage data and in close collaboration with business teams, identify and develop appropriate channel strategies. It is also responsible for delivery of the identified business objectives.
Develop launch approach and drive adoption of EPD India’s new channel platform amongst top distributors and channel partners across India
Leverage data to publish insights on current trends and opportunities, to commercial sales and marketing teams on a periodic basis. Facilitate discussions and business planning through the available insights
Collaborate with commercial teams to develop specific strategies, plans, activities that enable achievement of business and identify new opportunities.
• Develop channel promotion, marketing communication and activation plans to enable achievement of business priorities and strategy. Publish an integrated calendar for the planned activities.
• Work closely with the Abbott sales force to train and execute the plans developed for the channel.
• Create, publish and monitor KPI’s aligned to the achievement of set channel priorities/ objectives.

Minimum Education
• MBA/ Post Graduate from a reputed institute.
Minimum Experience/Training Required
• 6+ years of sales and channel management experience
• Data-driven user centric approach to interpret, analyze and present information in a readily usable manner.
• Strong project management and execution capability to plan and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
• Experience in developing channel marketing content and communications to drive business objectives.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills. Think flexibly to see issues from different perspectives and take informed decisions
• Be customer focused to add value
• Problem solver with hands-on, ‘roll up your sleeves’ can-do attitude
• Open to travel across India and work closely on the ground with the field sales team.
Work Experience
Prior experience/ exposure to Customer/ Channel marketing in pharma / FMCG / FMHG is desired.
