Job Description

Followings will be the Core Job Responsibilities of the position holder:

Ensure Compliance with laid procedures and standards of the current Good Manufacturing Practices. Carrying setup, operation, cleaning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Production equipment (Granulation, Compression, Coating and Packing). Handling of manufacturing and packing equipments. To fill and maintain the BPR/ BMR/ DPR and related documents online. Carrying operation of SCADA system. Ensure proper handling of instruments like Moisture analyzer, DT apparatus, Friability apparatus, Hardness Tester, Leak test apparatus. To exercise effective control over the environmental conditions in Manufacturing and other related activities, which may adversely affect the product quality. Continuous monitoring and improving the production output on daily basis. To exercise effective control over the process variable affecting the quality of the product.
