Job Description

Followings will be the Core Job Responsibilities of the position holder:

• Ensure Compliance with laid procedures and standards of the current Good Manufacturing Practices.

• Carrying setup, operation, cleaning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Production equipment (Granulation, Compression, Coating and Packing).

• Handling of manufacturing and packing equipments.

• To fill and maintain the BPR/ BMR/ DPR and related documents online.

• Carrying operation of SCADA system.

• Ensure proper handling of instruments like Moisture analyzer, DT apparatus, Friability apparatus, Hardness Tester, Leak test apparatus.

• To exercise effective control over the environmental conditions in Manufacturing and other related activities, which may adversely affect the product quality.

• Continuous monitoring and improving the production output on daily basis.

• To exercise effective control over the process variable affecting the quality of the product.
