Influencers apt for a Campaign
? Ability to cut through the noise on aspects like number of followers
and recognize authentic & powerful influencers with a great source of
authoritySource, Screen, Select and build healthy relationships with the
Influencers.Finalize reliable influencers with backups for every show and ensure
discipline with the Influencers on showing up, studying the product,
rehearsals and delivering as per the Brand’s Language.Work closely with the Founder, Content Lead, Brand Lead on
Influencer selection for any Livestream and trainingCreate excitement in the Influencer community and make the ‘Abby
Club’ aspirational for InfluencersStay abreast with all the latest trends in the Social Media worldInfluencer Expense management and timely payments.Create Playbooks of hiring the right influencers who can be groomed
to become expertsBrainstorm on creative campaigns with the Brand and Creative Lead
and voice any inputs/concerns that Influencers might have.Who are we looking for?? Master’s Degree in Arts/Journalism/Media/Psychology
? Total 3-5 years of Media Experience with at least 2 years of
experience in Influencer Outreach
? Great people skills on identifying and retaining right talent
? Excellent Articulation and Communication
? Self-Starter, Enthusiastic and Passionate
