– Following are the Key Result Areas –

1. Conduct a Baseline Study for all individual students to identify their calibre to enhance their Logical Thinking skills in comprehension & problem solving in a systematic way with speed & accuracy. Mentoring students individually to maintain a ‘level-playing-ground’ for all students in class.

2. Introduction of theoretical concepts for every chapter-through experiential activities by all students for comprehending & appreciating why a student has to study & master the concepts taught in the chapter & how they would be applicable in student’s practical life. Adopt the Enquiry Method to elicit answers from students directly.

3. An Accounts Teacher should be able to teach Accounts and commercial applications to students of ISCE 9th & 10th Grade and ISC 11th & 12th Grade.

4. Teachers must regularly update themselves with current happenings in society and subject related knowledge to enthuse students with contemporary illustrations & innovative class.

5. Enable students to proceed beyond textbooks in finding alternate methods of solving problems, undertake projects by applying concepts in practical situations- for self & in communities – showcase findings and celebrate their successes.

6. A 360 degree Assessment of all students- with constant feedback to all the concerned stakeholders through Anusandhaan (the School’s intra portal) & personal interactions.
