Job Profile
- Responsible for day-to-day management of financial transactions and procedures
- To arrange approvals for cost from Finance Manager (FM) and co-ordinating with treasury for payouts.
- Managing accounting activities like accounting of SOA’s received from Agents all over the globe, vendor cost booking, revenue invoice booking
- To manage accounts payable & accounts receivable including follow up for outstanding from Agent, calling for balance confirmations from Agents, No Due Certificate from Vendors
- Reconcile bank statements including tracking bank deposits and payments, sending bank advices to all Vendors, updating records in Finance package
- Maintain purchase register
- Maintaining slot loss summary and preparing invoices to Agent towards slot loss
- Support FM with internal financial reports
- Support FM in audits matters.
- Keep accurate records for all daily transactions

- Experience using accounting software
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
