Aearno Center of Learning is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Academic Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting potential leads into enrolled students, providing in-depth information about our courses and programs, and implementing effective sales strategies to meet enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Conversion: Engage with prospective students through phone calls, emails, and follow-ups, effectively guiding them toward enrollment.
• Student Counseling: Offer detailed insights into our courses, programs, and career opportunities, helping students make informed decisions based on their goals and aspirations.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve admission targets, utilizing strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
