Project Role :Application Support Engineer
Project Role Description :Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Key Responsibilities : 1 Respond to user/client escalations and engage functional escalation and Management escalation as required 2 Manage requests incidents on ITSM tool 3 Implement the changes as applicable, test the changes and handover to customer 4 Manage the incidents, infra structure changes

Technical Experience : 1 Advanced AIX and Linux Administration 2 Puppet 3 SVN 4 AIX and Linux Patching 5 Configure, manage and maintain all required server services and processes eg, CRON, Samba, NFS, NTP etc 6 Lightweight Directory Access Protocol LDAP centralized user authentication software installation and configuration 7 File system maintenance eg extension and reduction, mount points, VG/DG selection etc

Additional Information : -Willing to work in 24/7 support rotational shifts
