Key Responsibilities : 1Monitoring Application batches running in Autosys,mainframes and AS400 2Escalating Mainframe and Autosys abends and getting them resolved within SLA 3First level job failure troubleshooting 4Handling manual requests for Autosys and Mainframe coming in through request tickets and email 5Contacting application teams on day-to-day basis whenever required and resolve issues with minimal business impact 6Handling major incident calls with Major Incident Managers and providing the necessary inform

Technical Experience : -Experience in Autosys agent Installation, Autosys Database Administration, patching and Autosys upgrade activities -Installation and configuring of Autosys/WCC and EEM applications -Candidate should have good experience in Autosys tool Administration and job migration -Candidate should have good knowledge on troubleshooting of Autosys tool issues -Strong knowledge and acceptance of Incident, Change and Problem Management -Help the Batch monitoring team to resolve the issues

Professional Attributes : 1Must have good understanding of production support environment and must be ready to work in 24/7 shift pattern 2Must have good knowledge on any of the Autosys and Mainframe tools 3Must have good communication skills and should be a fast learner to adapt to new environment quickly
