Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Job Requirements :
Key Responsibilities : 1 Team Management 2 Client stakeholder management 3 Daily Reporting to client stakeholders and internal stakeholders 4 Ensuring daily ops activities are completed by self and team as per requirement

Technical Experience : Cloud operation experiences AWS background with 2 years of experiences Windows/Linux background Excellent troubleshooting skills Experience/awareness of automated activities, concepts and toolsets Good networking skills including subnetting, addressing VPC

Professional Attributes : 1 Good verbal and written communication skills 2 Must have good interpersonal skills 3 Willingness to learn and grow 4 Flexible and adaptable

Educational Qualification : 1 Graduate in any stream
