Project Role :Application Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities : 1 Assisting end users login to desktops/apps 2 Troubleshooting issues arising out of using published apps and engaging app team when needed 3 Actively monitor the infra through Citrix Director ControlUp and perform daily/weekly health checks 4 Work on incidents in Service Now tool raised by end users 5 Perform weekly application update activities on PVS/MCS 6 Work with onshore team on ongoing incidents and troubleshooting
Technical Experience : 1 3-5 years of experience working on Citrix technologies XenApp/Desktop 2 Working knowledge of Citrix ADC formerly NetScaler will be added advantage 3 Strong knowledge of Windows Server OS concepts, ADDS, DNS, DHCP Good Networking knowledge will be an added advantage 4 Excellent verbal / written communication skills 5 Expertise to analyze and solve problems, think outside of the box, and grasp technical concepts 6 Strong ability to collaborate seemlessly with team and help with troubleshooting
Professional Attributes : 1 Strong written and verbal communication skills in customer settings 2 Good listening and presentation skills 3 Good team player
Educational Qualification : 1 Bachelors of Engineering in Comp/IT or any relevant streams / MCA
