Project Role :Technology OpS Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Own the integrity and governance of systems, including best practices for delivering services. Develop, deploy and support infrastructures, applications and technology initiatives from an architectural and operational perspective in conjunction with existing standards and methods of delivery.

Job Requirements :
Key Responsibilities : 1 Engineer/design/implement/support network load balancers and functions based on application behavior 2 Attend meetings and work with other teams/client to design LB rules and have them implemented 3 Troubleshoot and incident resolution 4 Understanding the requirement from application team to deploy to Services on the Load-balancer 5 Live T-shoot on the production systems 6 Managing HA architecture in active/active scenario 7 Maintaining agreed SLA
Technical Experience : 1Expert knowledge of F5 BigIP 2 LTMs/GTMs/ASMs/APM 3 Expert knowledge of NetScaler and web application firewall 4 Must have knowledge on iRules/responder policy 5 Must have understanding about DNS 6 Must have knowledge on LB virtualizations 7 Must have knowledge on Web application/next generation FW 8 Must have knowledge routing/NAT 9 Should have 3 years of hands on experience in F5/NetScaler 10 Should have 5-8 years of experiences in Network and network security support
Professional Attributes: 1 Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written 2 Excellent organizational skills 3 Ability to work within Customer Tools 4 Ability to work independently 5 Ability to work remotely for after-hours on-call escalations 6 Excellent Initiative and Follow through with the Customer
Educational Qualification: BE or equivalent
