Project Role :Infra Tech Support Practitioner

Project Role Description :Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities : 1 Supporting and preserving the Virtual Desktop setup of the institution, which includes, the AppSense and XenDesktop, XenApp, and others 2 Help in organization and management of the business applications 3 Determining the increased cases received by the IT Helpdesk 4 Improving and adjusting the Virtual Desktop system 5 Design and implement platform security 6 Taking part in upgrading and updating the systems applications, installing it with up to date descriptions

Technical Experience : 1 Hands on experience for managing Citrix XenApp and Xen Desktop, VMware Horizon View, Azure Virtual Desktop, PVS ,Citrix cloud and NetScaler Installation, and Configuration 2 Proficient to manage and root cause analysis Citrix, RD Farm, Azure Virtual Desktop, VMWare Horizon View, Hyper-V, Xen Server, VMWare vSphere, NetScaler issue 3 Expertise in analysis, implementation, and management of infrastructures
