Key Responsibilities : 1 Supporting and preserving the Virtual Desktop setup of the institution, which includes, the AppSense and XenDesktop, XenApp, and others 2 Help in organization and management of the business applications 3 Determining the increased cases received by the IT Helpdesk 4 Improving and adjusting the Virtual Desktop system 5 Design and implement platform security 6 Taking part in upgrading and updating the systems applications, installing it with up to date descriptions

Technical Experience : 1 Providing technical assistance for all the servers, desktops, and services that apply business 2 Taking full control and accountability for applying, implementing, maintaining, and examining the documentation of the Virtual Desktop Infrastructure 3 Knowledge on creating Investigation, Metrics, Defining services 4 Schedule meeting with stakeholder and present business use case and improvement 5 Knowledge on creating Investigation, Metrics, Defining services 6 Create dashboards and track value

Professional Attributes : 1 Ability to learn new technologies 2 Good Communication skills 3 Able to handle the team

Educational Qualification : 1 BE or equivalent 2 Extensive technical knowledge on end user computing
