Job description::

We are recruiting experienced candidates for supporting our valuable agents in domestic and international flight tickets. 1 to 2 years experience in any industry with good knowledge of computer, communication and mailings preferred or freshers with good communication skills in English and Hindi with good computer knowledge can also apply.

• Understand the travel requirements from prospective clients
• Responsible for selling international and domestic flight tickets.
• Create a quote from the portal.
• Compare the prices and provide the best fare to clients.
• Issue boarding passes, web check-in.
• Assist the customers till the flights take off.
• To build good relationships with clients.

Requirement:

• Should have customer management skills
• Skills to manage the work with flexibility
• Soft spoken
• Good knowledge of computer(mailings,excel,word,internet)
• Fluent in English and Hindi
• Local languages (exceptional)
• Minimum 2 years experience of customer handling and computer operations.
