Project Role Description :Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Key Responsibilities : -Take care of the day to day activities which include completing the daily reports -Effectively work on Incident Management/Change Management/ Problem Management -Join all internal calls and provide the correct status of the incidents/Service Requests/Changes to the Service Management team -Be aware of all the ITIL processes based on which the work is done for the client -Candidate need to understand escalation matrix -The candidate has to constructively communicate with the client

Technical Experience : Good knowledge on Control M Scheduling and administration -Candidate should have knowledge Control-M migration

Professional Attributes : -Good communiction skill, Leadership skills, team handling skills, analytical skills and good presentation skills and ability to work independently

Additional Information : -Willing to work in 24/7 support rotational shifts
