  • Key Responsibilities : A:Capability to handle and resolve any kind of issue in given application Maintaining TAT for Finacle L2-L3 level issues B:Applicant must have good Finacle and other banking product knowledge with hands-on experience in past C:24-7 availability of person being core banking application support role C:Should be able to handle audit/compliance of core application and should be able to deal with external/internal auditors C:Should be able to do BAU support plus quick changes required for any product

    Technical Experience : A:Should have good knowledge about EOD-BOD activity and able to guide team in resolving EOD related issues/performance B:Able to take up other digital/regulatory projects in parallel to BAU support C:Able to handle all channel integration design with Finacle
