Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities : 1:Configuring/maintaining the system,including hardwareVM Instances,system softwareOS applications on Google Cloud Platform with backup 2:Monitoring system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely 3:Researching and recommending new approaches to improve the networked computer system 4:Replacing and upgrading defective or outdated components when necessary 5:Diagnosing and resolving, software, networking, and system issues when they arise
Technical Experience : 1:Excellent knowledge and troubleshooting skills on Windows and/or Linux Enterprise Level OS 2:Troubleshooting critical incidents and problem tickets, Identify potential failures and recommend solution Update knowledge base with known errors/resolutions 3:Provide OS and fundamental GCP services as Compute Instance, Google DNS services, Cloud Storage, basics of the DataBaseFully experinence in OS patch management,DNS,AD/LDAP and follow ITIL process
Professional Attributes : 1: Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization 2: Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision
Educational Qualification : Engineering Graduate – Computer Science or equivalent
Additional Information : 1: Google Cloud Certification 2: Microsoft Windows Server / Linux Certification
