Project Role :Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description :Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities : 1:Prepare moderate to complex designs/schematics to address specific customer OS level solution requirements 2:Prepare work orders containing instructions to be used by technicians to configure OS and software 3:Work with customer technical teams to provide solutions for customers communications requirements 4:Configure and troubleshoot in a complex environment 5:Remotely support new installs, upgrades, patch management and logical changes 6:Responsible for Regular backup on Cloud platform

Technical Experience : 1:Should be able to lead a team and Excellent knowledge and troubleshooting skills on Windows and/or Linux Enterprise Level OS 2:Experienced on Compute Engine VM Instances, Firewall, Cloud Storage, VPC, SQL No-SQL Database, Monitoring Alerting, Google Cloud Directory Sync, App Engine, Stack Driver Monitoring, Google Kubernetes Engine 3:Experienced in Windows/Linux related software/tools, such as PXE, DHCP, DNS, Nginx, Apache,LDAP, MySQL, SCCM 4:Troubleshooting critical incidents, problem ticke

Professional Attributes : 1: Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization 2: Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision

Educational Qualification : BS or BA in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
